Intrepid Partners business philosophy is one of partnership with clients to get things done. Listed below is a sample of our past mandates:

• Undertook several varied initiatives in support of a large long-term client in the automotive industry. Operated as interim controller of the holding company pending the engagement of a permanent financial person. Performed credit and application process review on the group's leasing subsidiary to improve systems prior to implementing a new front end system. Assisted with due diligence on potential lease portfolio acquisitions and property purchases. Maintained regulatory reporting on behalf of the group. Organized corporate filing system and moved to a system of scan and save in order to increase efficiency through time saving and ease of filing and retrieval. Acted as project manager for the construction of a 10,000 sq. ft. commercial building in the metro area and managed commercial property, negotiating tenant leases and maintaining the building as required.


• Long term contract with Industry Canada to assist with the preparation and delivery of their Capital Leasing Pilot Program. Mandates included preparing a study of securitization, assisting in defining program parameters and advising on special specific issues as they arose. Provided review and analysis of Program applicant's financial position and recommeded acceptance into the Program.


• Assisted a software company serving the lease and loan industries to shift focus to new markets. Products were refined and refocused on a new market segment. The company's marketing approach, advertising, trade booth, and exhibition alternatives were revamped. Provided prospect demos and organized responses to Requests for Proposals to ensure accuracy and adherence to submission deadlines.
